This should probably be a sticky, but I don't have the power to make it one
These are general guidelines that should be followed if you want to be a member of UFHPS
1. Do not talk about HPS (to Nic)
2. NO HOT GLUE
- Hot glue is for n00bs and an heroes
- The only acceptable use for hot glue is for mock ups and tacking things in place
3. Measure twice, cut once
4. When designing, use common sense (i.e. don't design things that can't be made)
5. Ghetto rigging anything will not be tolerated, unless it's for teh lulz
6. Do not turn away potential members because you "think there are enough people on the team already"
7. DO communicate with other members of the team about what you are doing
8. Try your best to write up your design process either as or shortly after you design something, as this will
- Facilitate writing up the presentation/technical paper later
- Help others understand what you are doing/learn from what you are doing/point out mistakes or point out things that could be made better by a different approach
9. Do not talk about HPS (to Nic)
That's all I can think of for now, if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to add them.
